1. Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of videomatch.fun and everything on it: matching, video calls, messaging, purchases and support. By using VideoMatch you agree to them, to our Privacy Policy and to our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. You must be 18 or older

VideoMatch is only for adults aged 18 and over, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. You must also be legally allowed to use a service like this in your country. Confirming your age at the door and then using the site underage is a breach of these terms, and the account will be removed.

3. Guest identities and accounts

You can start chatting without filling in a sign-up form: the site creates a guest identity for your browser. You may later sign in with a supported login method. Either way, you are responsible for everything done through your identity.

• Do not use false, misleading or stolen information.
• Do not sell, rent, lend or share your account.
• Do not try to get around security checks, rate limits or access controls.
• Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account.

4. Matching and calls

VideoMatch pairs you with another adult for a one-to-one video conversation. Your browser needs camera and microphone permission for this. Who you are matched with, whether they stay, and the quality of the connection are not guaranteed.

You decide what to share with the people you meet. Every call has report and block controls; use them whenever someone makes you uncomfortable.

5. What you may not do

• Show nudity or perform sexual acts on a call, or share explicit, violent or hateful content.
• Involve, depict or sexualize anyone under 18 in any way.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, extort or pressure other users.
• Screen-record, screenshot or otherwise capture another user without their consent.
• Run scams, spam, advertising or off-platform payment schemes, or post malicious links.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent who you are.
• Use bots, scripts, scraping or reverse engineering against the service.
• Upload material you do not have the rights to.

6. Coins and VIP

Some features cost coins, and VIP is an optional paid membership. Current prices and what each option includes are shown on the purchase page before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms.

• Coins and VIP benefits are digital items with no cash value, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Completed purchases and coins already spent are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund.
• Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse or unauthorized card use can lead to cancelled orders, removed benefits and account suspension.

7. Content and intellectual property

The VideoMatch software, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. Content you create stays yours, but you give us the permissions we reasonably need to host, display, process and moderate it in order to run the service. Rights holders can use our copyright process to report infringing material.

8. Enforcement

We may look into suspected breaches of these terms or the law. Depending on how serious the case is, we may warn you, remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently close the account, cancel transactions or withhold benefits. We may keep relevant information and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

9. Third-party services

Login, payment and analytics features rely on outside companies. Their services run under their own terms and privacy notices, and we are not responsible for what happens on sites we do not operate.

10. No guarantees, and limits on liability

VideoMatch is provided "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any particular result from the people you meet. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by other users, third-party services, events outside our reasonable control, or login details you failed to keep safe. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or rights you have under consumer protection law.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. The effective date at the top will change, and continuing to use VideoMatch after an update means you accept it. Questions about these terms: [email protected].
